Withdrawals/Payouts

All customers are entitled to one free withdrawal per 30 days via Federal Express or Bank Wire (restrictions may apply). Additional withdrawals in the same month are subject to a standard processing fee of $40. Withdrawals are also available by W/U, but this method does not qualify for a free transaction. The customer is always liable for any W/U transfer fees, regardless of the amount withdrawn.

Withdrawal requests are normally processed on the day they are received, if the request is made before 12:00 noon ET on weekdays only. To request a withdrawal, call Customer Support at 1-800-370-3586. The length of time it takes for you to receive the withdrawal may vary, depending on the method and day of the week. Please ask our Representative for an approximate time frame you should allow between the time of the request and the time of receipt by the customer.
