“Free-Play” bonus money is similar to a coupon that you can use to place a wager (or wagers) instead of using your own cash deposit. You can use the money in your free-play account to bet in the Sportsbook only and it cannot be wagered in the Casino or Racebook. All money in your bonus account is for wagering purposes only and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Requesting your free-play bonus is easy; after making a cash deposit to your account, simply contact Customer Support by either email or telephone and request the bonus for which you qualify. Your free-play money will be added to a separate bonus account as soon as our Customer Support staff approves the request. Any money you win by wagering your free-play bonus is instantly added to your account as real money!

| BONUS POLICIES |

- Customers who are eligible for any kind of deposit bonus must claim or request their bonus by contacting us by email (bonuses@betatlas.com), phone (800-370-3586), or Live Chat during the first 15 days from the date of their deposit, unless otherwise authorized by a supervisor.
- Minimum deposit for all bonuses is $25.
- Maximum deposit eligible for a bonus is $5,000 unless special authorization from BetAtlas.com Management has been granted.
- Maximum referral bonus is $500 US.
- Wagers made on both sides of the same game will NOT count towards the rollover.
- Credit card deposits do not qualify for any bonuses unless they were executed through W/U or any other person-to-person deposit method. This rule can be waived from time-to-time at Management’s discretion.
- All bonuses and rollover restrictions are applicable to Sportsbook wagering activity only. Casino or Horse Race wagering activity does not count towards any rollover requirements.
- New accounts funded via cashiers check, bank wire and credit card can require up to a 20-day period until funds have been cleared with our bank before your deposit is eligible for a bonus.
- Customers taking a payout in the previous fifteen (15) days are not eligible for re-deposit bonuses, unless the deposit amount is greater than the withdrawal amount, and only then on the difference between the two.
- Any account that is not active at the time a new account is referred will be considered non-eligible for a bonus. An “Active” account is defined as having funds and having wagered a combined total of at least $50 over the previous eight days. There must be funds in the account equal to the amount of the referral bonus to be awarded. Referral bonuses are intended to reward active customers for introducing "NEW" customers to BetAtlas.com. Abuse of the referral program will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of times clients may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, email address, credit/charge/debit card number, IP address, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
- BetAtlas.com account holders who already have accounts with any BetAtlas.com related websites do not qualify for bonuses, promotions, and/or contests if they have recently redeemed a similar bonus, promotion, and/or contest with a “BetAtlas.com related website”.
- Bonuses are intended solely for recreational players. Professional players, syndicates, and any players who abuse the bonus system will forfeit their bonuses and may be subject to other restrictions - including suspension of accounts
- We reserve the right to accept business and determine promotion/bonus eligibility from anyone at any time. All bonuses are for a limited time only, and can be withdrawn or changed at any time by BetAtlas.com without prior notice.
